A few years ago, an adorable narwhal swam his way into one of our favourite primer piano books.
PianoBookClub’s ‘Nar’ly Year of Music followed him through all 12 months of the year, with a new piano piece, a new adventure, and a new set of silly lyrics for every month.
There was back-to-school cuteness in September, Halloween fun in October, Valentine’s Day in February, and plenty of other narwhal nonsense along the way.
And today, two of those pieces are swimming back to the surface… and we’re giving them to you along with some very big news.
On July 20, our Summer Stock-Up Piano Book Drop begins, bringing a collection of rarely available piano books back into the light. And yes, A ‘Nar’ly Year of Music will be one of them!
In today’s post, grab two primer piano pieces from A ‘Nar’ly Year of Music and learn more about the Summer Stock-Up Piano Book Drop that begins on July 20.
Today’s two giveaways take our narwhal from the last days of summer straight into the back-to-school rush.
The first is an August piece filled with funny lyrics about holding onto summer memories.
The second jumps into September, when backpacks, pencils, and school-day routines return.
Both pieces are written for primer piano students and turn familiar moments from the year into playful music kids can sing, play, and enjoy.
At the bottom of today’s post, grab both pieces for free.
The Summer Stock-Up Begins July 20
Since PianoBookClub began in 2014, we’ve released 149 Piano Books of the Month.
But when a new month begins, the previous book disappears, meaning many teachers never had the chance to get it.
That’s what makes our Summer Stock-Up Piano Book Drop so much fun!
Beginning July 20, we’re opening the vault and bringing back a collection of rarely available, studio-licensed digital books.
We’re not revealing the full lineup yet, but today we can officially tell you that A ‘Nar’ly Year of Music will be one of them.
