In today’s post, we are sharing note reading calendars for the months of February through June. If your students can commit to just naming one note each day, they will quickly become note reading superstars.
Can one note a day really make a difference?
Absolutely! When students must look at and name a single note, they are actually analyzing the music staff and naming many other notes as they attempt to reach their decision.
In addition, by reviewing the notes they have named on previous days they can continue to add to their note reading practice.
We shared similar calendars last year that were a major hit, so we definitely encourage you to give them a try.
