New Homework Pages, Blank Sheet Music, And Punch Cards

The year is passing by quickly. In a short time, your students will be on Spring Break.

And, as we all know, time away from the piano studio usually means time away from piano practice too!

And there is no worse time to miss piano practice than in March because re-registration season begins at the end of the month.

If kids haven’t practiced for a while, their parents may interpret this as disinterest. This may result in kids giving up on piano lessons.

To make sure kids keep practicing in March, today we are sharing a robot piano practice pack that includes lesson assignment sheets, practice punch cards, and blank sheet music.

Robot Piano Practice Pack

What’s Inside Our Robot Piano Practice Pack?

Our Robot Piano Practice Pack contains three printables to inspire your students. It includes a lesson assignment sheet, a blank sheet music page, and practice punch cards. Let’s explore each:

A Lesson Assignment:

Our Robot Lesson Assignment sheet can be printed out and put into your students’ piano binders. Its keep-it-simple format means that you can fill it out in the last few minutes of your students’ lessons. This format also means that your students will not be overwhelmed with notes when they sit down to practice at home.

A Blank Sheet Music Page:

Our Robot-Themed Blank Sheet Music page can be used in your studio or at home. During piano lessons, many teachers use blank sheet music to explain theory concepts, create timed tests, and work on rhythmic skills. At home, students can use blank sheet music pages to create their own compositions.

Practice Punch Cards

Using the cards is easy-peasy. Print out the resource, cut out the cards, and then hand them out to your students at the end of their next lessons. Then, instruct your students to punch out a corresponding hole on their cards (or cross out) after completing a daily practice session.

When your students return to lessons the following week, place any completed cards into a basket (make sure student names are written on the back) and then, at the end of the week, hold a raffle draw for a fun little prize or celebration.
