Do you hold your end-of-year piano recital in May or June?
If you answered May, then it is time for your kids to turn up the dial on their piano practice. With focus and dedication, even the least prepared students can get a recital piece up to an acceptable standard in three weeks.
But it will take work and some motivating practice tools.
In today’s post, we are sharing a Practice Bingo Printable for recital prep.
Offer a few little rewards as incentives and your students should be able to get up to speed just in time.

It’s Not Just Students Who Need To Prepare
Today’s printable (available at the bottom of the post) will help get your students recital ready.
But are you ready for the big day?
Your piano recital is the single most important event of the year. Your studio is on full display, making it a wonderful opportunity to advertise to your community.
At the end of the recital, do not miss the chance to market your studio. You worked hard to prepare your students for the recital and are more than deserving of a little self-promotion 🙂
Prepare a “wrap up” speech to talk about the different programs you offer. Try to grow your studio by reaching out to preschoolers or beginning teens and adults.
And, if you choose to reach out to teens and adults, then you will definitely want to tell them about our innovative program called the WunderKeys Pop Staff Piano Library For Older Beginners.
New To The WunderKeys Pop Staff Piano Library?
With its unique approach to older beginner piano education, this series is a game-changer.
Before WunderKeys Pop Staff Piano Library For Older Beginners, students had to choose between a chording method book or a traditional method book.
With this book, teens and adults don’t have to choose.
Using our innovative Pop Staff, students play significantly more rewarding music than repertoire found in traditional older beginner books, while still learning everything (including bass staff note reading) that those traditional methods teach.

After each task on this Bingo sheet has been achieved, students draw an X over its corresponding square. When a row or column (or diagonal) has been completed, students receive a point.
Instruct students to return their Bingo sheet to you before your recital. Record their points and award prizes that get progressively better according to the number of points received. Reserve the best prizes for students who complete the entire sheet.
