Shark Bite Note Reading Clip Cards For Late Primer Students

Have you ever heard of Shark Week on the Discovery Channel? If not, you definitely teach kids who have!

And we’re sharing two resources to help those kids swim with the sharks in your piano studio.

The first resource is a surprise book announcement!

Next week we are releasing Ludwig van Bites-often Needs A Friend, V. U. Level I (as in i).

If you and your students are a fan of our quirky humor, this hilarious piano book for late primer students is destined to be a studio favorite.

The second resource that is available in today’s post is a set of Shark Bite Note Reading Clip Cards that can be used to reinforce bass staff note reading in C position!

We hope you will enjoy both of these FINtastic resources 🙂

Before You Download Today’s Clip Cards

Today’s Shark Bite Note Reading Clip Cards are available at the bottom of the post, but first…

Next week we are releasing Ludwig van Bites-often Needs A Friend, V. U. Level I (as in i).

This laugh-out-loud piano book follows the adventures of Ludwig van Bites-often; a shark who attempts to shed his fearsome image and find some friends.

It just might be the V. U. Library’s funniest book yet!

Composed in the C Five-Finger Scale, children using this book will gain confidence playing music with measures that include hands-together stepping notes.

Inside you will discover 8 shark-themed piano pieces with lyrics (including a duet), note reading games, warm-up exercises, sight-reading activities, a rhythm activity, a practice tracker, and a certificate of achievement.

Check out the cover below and then look for the official release announcement next week.
