September is THE month for students to establish daily piano practice habits. But getting kids to hit the piano every single day can be a challenging task.
Many teachers use studio-wide incentives to inspire daily practice, but these events can take a lot of time to organize and, let’s be honest, time is at a premium in September.
Enter… Piano Practice Punch Cards. In the time it takes to press PRINT, you can have a cute incentive that will get your kids practicing. Check the resource out below.

Today’s Piano Practice Punch Card Set works well as a standalone resource but works “wonders” when paired with our WunderKeys method books. In the set, you will find punch cards designed to correlate with our preschool, primer and level 1 method books.
Using the cards is easy-peasy. Print out the resource, cut out the cards, and then hand them out to your students at the end of their next lessons. Next, instruct your students to punch out a corresponding hole on their cards after completing a daily practice session.
When your students return to lessons the following week, place any completed cards into a basket (make sure student names are written on the back) and then, at the end of the week, hold a raffle draw for a fun little prize.
